Outstanding service and professionalism – Optizone Chefchaouen While visiting Chefchaouen, my son's glasses broke — the arm snapped, which can be quite stressful, especially while traveling. Luckily, we found Optizone Optics, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. We were assisted by a very kind and professional young woman. Even though there were some language barriers, she was incredibly patient and made sure she understood everything. Despite the damage, she repaired my son’s glasses on the spot, which was a huge relief. While we were there, we started looking at other frames and really liked a pair by GANT. The challenge was that my son needed lenses with a specific prescription and blue light protection, and we were leaving the next day before noon — not much time at all. She confidently told us the glasses would be ready the next morning, and honestly, we were amazed. She delivered exactly as promised — brand new glasses with the correct prescription and blue light protection, all ready in less than 24 hours. We left Chefchaouen extremely grateful. I would 100% recommend Optizone — kind service, quick solutions, and true professionalism. Thank you for saving our trip!
