I wish I could have given fewer stars! Lousy behavior, as if they were transporting animals. Even when we arrived at the agency today, 05/01/25, around 11:00 a.m., there was no one there to sell us tickets. Then the bus arrived and in less than 10 seconds, it moved, even though we couldn't even find a place to sit and unpack our luggage. With an autistic little girl, my sister risked breaking her neck by falling onto a seat. I do not recommend it. You risk forgetting your luggage or even your children 😡😡😡
