I submitted all the documents remotely for translation into English and paid the required fee. The translator, who claims to have 25 years of experience in Germany, handed my documents over to a foreign national without my prior consent. When I asked him to reprint the documents and return them to me in the same way I had sent them, he demanded that I come to his office to collect them. I protested, especially since the roads between Ifrane and El Hajeb were impassable due to snow. Following this, he disconnected the phone line, which was my only means of communication with him. I strongly advise against using this translator.
