I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service during my visit. The waiter completely forgot our beverages, and we were left waiting for nearly 20 minutes with no explanation. When I politely called him to ask about it, instead of apologizing, he responded in a rude and defensive manner, insisting that we had not ordered them — which is completely unacceptable. The waiter’s attitude was disrespectful and highly unprofessional. Good service is just as important as good food, and this behavior truly ruined our experience. I strongly urge management to address this issue and improve their customer service standards.

It thinks it is a fancy restaurant but its menu consists of fast food, if you are lucky you can have an average sandwich that day. They put a woman named Khawla there without a uniform, it is not clear what she does, I think her job is just to scold and scare the customers, we had a bad experience because of her. Also the service is extremely slow and the waiters are indifferent, we had to go there because there was no choice around the whole time we were here and every time the order came wrong and missing

Overall 2 stars because the atmosphere. The food is genuinely good, but summer visits are frustrating. Flies constantly swarm your food, and sadly, the restaurant doesn’t seem to make any serious effort to reduce them. Combined with the intense heat and no fans on the covered terrace, it feels more like eating in a sauna than enjoying a meal. Winter is far more pleasant cooler, and with far fewer flies.
