During the outbound trip, the driver was sent to the wrong pickup location by the service, which already caused unnecessary stress. On the return trip, despite the same number of passengers and the same amount of luggage, a significantly smaller vehicle was provided. We were extremely cramped, and the luggage barely fit — the situation was clearly unacceptable for the booked service. We were then explicitly offered a larger vehicle only for an additional charge, even though a larger car had been used for the same price on the outbound journey. The drivers themselves were always friendly and tried their best. However, the issues clearly lie with the organization, vehicle planning, and pricing transparency of the service.

Closer to time, all the details of the driver, his car, and phone number will be provided. So no stress. Another great thing is, you can pay in Euro, British Pounds or Dollars if you carrying those currencies from your respective home country. Best decision to use this taxi company!
