⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing service! Madam Ibtissam and the Avis team are true professionals. During the African Cup of Nations period, I had great difficulty finding a car, and the few options available elsewhere were extremely overpriced. At Avis, however, I found an excellent deal — a beautiful, modern, and reliable car at a very reasonable price. When my plans changed during my stay, I contacted the branch and Madam Ibtissam was incredibly understanding. We reached an agreement quickly and effortlessly, which I truly appreciated. Exceptional service, reasonable prices, and great, reliable cars. Look nowhere else! I will definitely be returning to Avis if I have the pleasure of visiting Fes again. Thank you very much!

We were supposed to return our car at the airport, but stopped here and they were wonderful, we were able to return it here and save 30 minutes. The process was very efficient! It is located on the street with a big red AVIS sign on the window. You can just park your car either on the same side of the street or the opposite side.

Rented from Marrakesh downtown. Offered newer car (2025) within class I reserved (but no upgrade despite Avis status). No issues with car—drove into the Atlas Mountains on rainy roads for a day trip, then took a mostly coastal route to Fes. Folks at desk were kind and helpful.

We weren't impressed by the service. The hours are different from what's posted here or on their website. Prices are intransparent, the staff member wrote down a number on a piece of paper without even telling us what kind of car we'd be getting. Moroccan friends were shocked at the prices quoted by Avis when I told them. Your mileage may vary...
