We had an absolutely perfect experience with our tour guide during Christmas in Morocco. The guide was incredibly flexible and attentive, always adapting the plans to our wishes and interests. Nothing ever felt rushed or fixed—instead, everything flowed naturally and felt very personal. Thanks to this flexibility, the whole journey turned into something truly magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable experience.

Our experience with Hamid in Morocco was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Hamid was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. He was especially understanding and patient when our overseas payment was delayed, which immediately built a sense of trust and reassurance. We paid in advance for a 21-day hire of a 17-seater Sprinter with a driver, and everything went exactly as promised. Hamid is truly trustworthy, and our driver, Mahdi, was excellent throughout the trip—professional, reliable, and a pleasure to travel with. Hamid also organised our accommodation in the Merzouga Desert, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The service there was impeccable, and it was clear that great care had gone into the arrangements. What truly set Hamid apart was how he handled an emergency situation. When a family member needed urgent hospital care from a remote area, Hamid immediately organised a 4x4 vehicle and a stretcher to assist us. He even covered the emergency service payment himself, allowing us to reimburse him later. Throughout the ordeal, he consistently checked in on the injured family member, expressing genuine concern and compassion. This level of care went far beyond what we ever expected. Hamid was always quick to respond, organised local guides for us in cities like Fes, and made sure everything ran smoothly. He accommodated all our requests and even took us to a café so we could watch Morocco play in the AFCON. Overall, Hamid made our trip incredibly smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made the difference. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone travelling to Morocco.

Landed into casablanca with absolutely no idea what i was gonna do for the next 2 weeks.. hamid was like an angel sent.. this man sorted my entire itenary for the next 14 days without a single hiccup. From casablanca to rabat to tangier to chefchaoane to fez to ifrane to merzouga to Bowman dades to marakesh.. private big vehicle with abdel karrim our driver.. such a pleasant young man.. every request was a No problem.
