On February 14, 2026, I went to the agency in person to confirm my reservation: they assured me everything was in order. Upon arriving at the port of Nador, I learned that the ferry had departed on February 15, 2026, due to a date change. The GNV company had informed the Guercif agency so that customers would be notified. I received no calls, no messages, no information whatsoever. The result: a completely ruined trip, additional expenses, enormous stress, and a waste of time. This is a total lack of seriousness and professionalism. Unacceptable negligence that has caused me significant harm. I strongly advise against using this agency.
