We can highly recommend this rental company, as we had a wonderful experience with them! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The car was modern and in very good condition. The provided service was exceptional! The communication and interaction with the rental company was great – we were contacted in advance to coordinate everything and the shuttle even waited for us until we found the meeting point, carefully directed by the staff. The welcome was warm and friendly with the staff showing great hospitality and support even after regular working hours. We also met other customers who consistently use this agency due to their great satisfaction, and we completely understand why! The staff went above and beyond to what could be considered regular service – they were supportive as friends! They went out of their way to ensure that we could collect items we had forgotten in the car when we were already at the airport. We are so grateful for their dedication and support! No question, we would certainly choose this agency again!

Excellent rental experience with Alamo. You can get there with a 30 minutes ride from Tanger's city center. Transfer services are also provided by the agency from and to the airport. We were welcomed by Kawtar and upgraded to an automatic car instead of the manual one we had booked. We appreciated that she didn't pressure us into buying any unwanted insurance. Just make sure that you book your car with a credit card (not a debit one) for the deposit. The car provided, a Hyundai i20, was very recent and clean. We will be happy to use Alamo's services next time.

The Tangiers branch of Alamo (and Enterprise & National) is VERY friendly & professional. I received a rental car from the Alamo Casablanca branch that had many issues and they do not stock enough cars there to give me a satisfactory alternative vehicle that matched the car category that I reserved. Neither did the Alamo Fes branch have good alternatives. ALAMO Tangiers branch has the largest stock of vehicles in Morocco, and they not only had choices, but they even gave me a free upgrade for my troubles. Tangiers is the best place anyway in the far north to fly into and out of Morocco if you are renting a car from Alamo. Staff here is top notch. Besides that, Tangiers and the northern region of Morocco is the most scenic, and the most friendly, Moroccans themselves will say (the Mediterranean Sea AND Atlantic coasts, the Straight of Gibralter, the scenic Rif mountains, and plenty of splendid archeological sites are in the north), so it makes perfect sense to rent from Alamo near Tangier Airport.
