We were welcomed by a young lady named Kawtar — incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. She explained everything to us in detail and helped us understand all the rental conditions. Throughout the trip, she stayed in touch with us and was always ready to assist. Kawtar truly cared — she regularly checked in to see if we were okay or needed anything. When we had a small accident, she made sure we never felt lost or alone in a foreign country. She handled everything for us, kept in constant contact, and reassured us the entire time. The car we rented was in excellent condition — very clean, well-maintained, and fully ready for the road. The entire rental process went smoothly and without any issues. Very happy with the service and the car very professional the best I’ve had since I’ve been here in Morrocco for the last 20 years picked up from the airport to the agency which 7 min away very informative and polite especially ABDERRAHIM I had no issues and no worries unlike other car hire companies in morrocco keep up the good work it’s definitely worth paying abit extra for peace of mind instead of worrying About getting scammed like other car hire places
