Ilhame and the team at Enterprise were courteous and flexible. She answered all our questions about insurance coverage. We rented a Tucson for a trip to Fez. We changed our plans en-route and when we called to revise our booking, Ilhame took care of the changes with ease. One note, although the Tucson suited our needs,(thanks for the upgrade from the Dacia Duster which I had mistakenly booked), the Tucson was less powerful than the model I'm familiar with in North America. The rental fee was very reasonable.

No question we’ll be back next year, incha’Allah. 8/2024 Hired a car for 2 week & Abderrrahim el ammari dealt with me, very polite & spoke fluently in multiple languages, had no issues with communication, 10/10 for service & prices cars were 10/10 brand new & clean inside out, they never had the car I booked so upgraded me to a brand new SUV instead, had it for 1 week then delivered my original car to my address in a different city, picked me up from terminal & dropped me back from there office which was only minutes away, Ended up hiring car for an extra week at the end, I definitely recommend them as I will only be using them from now on, Excellent experience

Used this franchise of Enterprise rental last summer. There was a few problems even then but i thought it was just a one off. This summer i booked a car over 3 months ago. Received a text 24 hours from them asking for my time arrival and flight no etc. All the information provided and was told that the Enterprise shuttle bus would pick me up from Tangier Airport. ( Note they are situated about 15mins away from the airport). Landed at Tangier airport and no sign of any Enterprise shuttle bus. Tried to contact them no answer from 2 numbers provided. After over an hour of waiting in the heat outside the Airport I gave up and caught a taxi to my destination. While on route i received a phone call telling me that the persons who made the arrangements with me were not working today so therefore my details were not left at the office. They asked me to return back to the Airport as the shuttle bus was waiting. As you can understand i declined. Never received a phone call from any management to apologise and i never heard back from them again. I expected this as its the usual case in Morocco. Iam confident in saying that i will never use this Enterprise Franchise again and will make sure not to recommend to anybody i know. Once I arrive back in the UK i will be letting the Enterprise Head office of my experience.

The pick-up and drop-off was quick and easy. We even received a free upgrade to a better car, which was nice. The service by Kawtar was incredibly friendly and she was able to answer all of our questions. If we come back to rent a car in Tanger we will definitely do it here with Enterprise! Thank you!
