We always enjoy our time at this Paul. The staff is friendly, food is good especially the pastry and bread. If you go for breakfast, the morning sunshine at the terrace is a real delight. And the cats are just part of the scenery. Honestly the only downside is smoking people!

Worst experience at Paul. No waiter was responding properly, and it took an unreasonably long time for anyone to attend to us. The delay was extremely annoying, and there was clearly no coordination between the staff. Overall, very disappointing service and not what I expected from Paul.

Extremely rude staff. We had to leave the restaurant because we couldn’t place order in French. Showing in menu what we wanted to order wasn’t enough for the waiter. He started to yell at us in French and walked away. We had no choice but to leave.

The service is the badest i have seen in Rabat. Dont recommend. Try local Backerys and Patesserie way better and cheaper

Lots of staff, only three groups of 2 people and took forever for service and to get check- food used to be great! Now very average

The food is overpriced and below average quality. Waiters expect to be tipped, as if we were in the US. Can get mad if you don't and will cause a scene if you leave a little. Maybe if you level up your service and put a smile on your faces you'll get more tips.
