I've been a homeowner for a few months now, but I made the mistake of buying off-plan, and now I find myself with an apartment that absolutely fails to live up to the developer's promises. Don't be fooled by outward appearances, or a few show apartments. Today, we're dealing with a developer who refuses to take responsibility: elevators that have been broken for several weeks already, even though they're still new. Technical problems with the lighting, garage doors, water leaks... not to mention the materials used: a complete lack of soundproofing. So, they're already committed to the 5th and 6th phases, which only took them a few months to complete. You can imagine the quality of the deliverables 😔😔😔
