Absolutely the best (grilled) meat we’ve had so far in our journey through Morocco. The food here is epic. Simple grilled meat which you can choose yourself (we ordered a mixed grill) and grilled with tasty herbs to perfection. Came with good French fries, bread and a big salad. We ate way too much :-) Very friendly staff. The room itself is clean and stylish and very brightly lit. This concept and quality deserves a bigger restaurant with a cozy salon. If you like meat and seeing the cows and lams walking freely in the green fields outside the city got you interested, this is the place!

Choose the meat in the Butcher that belongs to the restaurant. After 10 min is grilled and in your plate. Grass fed meet, no antibiotics or growth hormones in the meat. Served with Moroccan salad, bread and olives. Mint thee and water. Humble place serving pure food. Relaxed atmosphere in the “European” city of Ifran. 16 euros for 2 people. What are we doing wrong in Europe?!

Despite the freshness and quality of the food, the prices are very reasonable, making it a popular spot among both locals and visitors. I highly recommend visiting Houari if you're in Ifrane and looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in a relaxed and authentic setting.

Order fresh meat, beef or chicken from the butcher next door and they will cook it fresh for you. We'll priced and simple food. I have had their bbq chicken and mince beef sandwich and their beef steak.
