Our trip with JBT to Morocco was fantastic. The group did an outstanding job of working with our requests and schedule to put together an itinerary that met our needs. Once there, the staff (driver, guides) did a terrific job - not once did we feel lost or uncertain in what we were doing. The trip went very well, and overall JBT picked the absolute best staff, riads, and activities for us. We would recommend JBT for *anyone* traveling to Morocco, whether they are visiting for the first time or if they have visited before.

I never write reviews, but our experience with JBT was so excellent I feel compelled to pass on what a well organized, knowledgeable organization they are with superb staff. My husband, my 21 year old daughter and myself spent 11 days traveling Morocco. JBT designed a very ambitious itinerary for us. While I was a little concerned about the ambitiousness of the itinerary initially, it was perfect. We never felt like we were on the move in a crazy way. Our driver, Hamid made the trip. He is the most lovely and warm man. Getting to know him over the 11 days was such a gift. We were all truly sad to say good-bye. He took such good care of all of us. Each of the other guides were also quite excellent and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed Tata who we spent time with in the desert.. He spent a lot of time with us, and we learned a lot from him. Interacting with locals really gave us all insights that added a wonderful dimension to the trip. My daughter is minoring in middle eastern studies in college, and this trip brought much of what she is learning alive. All the riads were wonderful, and they all treated us like family. And Morocco - what an amazing country .... I guess you can tell we had a great time. I also loved that all the JBT guides spoke so highly of JBT. They are all impressed with the energy and care JBT puts into their work. I encourage anyone who plans to go to Morocco to use JBT.

I've been meaning to write this review ever since we got back from a week long tour of Morocco arranged by Journey Beyond Travel last May. Finally escaping from the day to day to write. The entire trip was fantastic. I don't think JBT could have done it any better. Our driver, Hamid, was absolutely wonderful. By the end of the week, we felt like he was part of our family. All of the other guides, in Fez and Marrakesh and the desert were also outstanding. The Riads where we stayed in Fez and Marrakesh were absolutely top quality as was the desert camp. Everyone took such good care of us - always felt completely safe, food was never a problem and was quite good. We had learned about JBT from someone who knew the owners, Thomas and Fazia, and the great things that had been said about them were completely true. Cannot recommend JBT highly enough.

We're just back from an amazing tour with JBT! We had come up with an itinerary we wanted to do and then got in touch with the. JBT filled in all the details with an absolutely wonderful driver, Naim, terrific accommodations, meals and knowledgeable guides in each location who truly introduced us to the history and culture of Moroccos. Have just returned to Melbourne after an amazing 16 day trip around Morocco with Journey Beyond Travel. I travelled with a girl friend and we like out of the way, adventurous holidays where we mix with the locals and stay right away from Western hotels and tourists. I can highly recommend JBT for creating and delivering us an amazing holiday. Everything went according to plan with no problems at all. Naim, our driver guide for the whole time, was outstanding. We never once felt anxious or scared about our safety. We had lunches with Berbers in their own homes, ate at market places, rode camels to a tent in the Sahara, stayed in the High Atlas at a wonderful trekking lodge where the mule took our luggage up, rode the mule, stayed at beautiful riads in the old medinas, visited the Valley of the Roses & walked out in the fields amongst the locals who were picking the roses.
