Hello, Due to a late arrival in Ifrane and two viewings of what this agency was offering as a chalet and an apartment, we had to settle for one of the two, which was offered at the same price of 800 dirhams per night. Results of the experience: - A suffocating smell of dampness. - Non-functional curtains. - No insulation, resulting in extreme cold even in May. - The few sheets provided were dirty or poorly washed. - Outdated amenities. - An arrogant owner-manager who needs to be taught a lesson. Both clients and agency staff suffer mistreatment. In short: a price-to-quality ratio based on organized fraud. The Tourist Office should intervene to stop these kinds of people from operating and tarnishing the beautiful setting of Ifrane.
