The location and the building are somewhat better than they were. There is now an order at the windows and at the entrance to the bus area, despite the inappropriate treatment by some of the workers guarding the door leading to the bus area, as if they were the station manager. The most important thing is that the station does not have a special phone number to receive customer requests. The condition of the café is not bad. The station floor is good and is often clean. The controversial issue is citizens smoking cigarettes inside the station, despite the signs that prohibit smoking, considering that the station is a public place in general. The Khénifra city bus station has buses to almost all destinations in Morocco. It's a decent station.

The cafe/snack bar leaves much to be desired. The CTM agency needs to be isolated from the rest of the building.
