They're so strict about the merchandise that they won't let you turn it over or try it on, so you don't see any defects because they're hidden in the live stream. And if you buy something and it turns out to be defective, and you want to exchange it, they don't even acknowledge you and won't respond at all. Most of the merchandise they sell is old and worn out, but they sell it as new. Instead of focusing on customer service, remember that the customer is king and that service is everything. 🙂
