Complaint: On September 17, 2025, I submitted a complete file to the Chichaoua-Majat Regional Multi-Service Company (CMS) under number 1919 to add an electricity meter. About a month later, on October 16, 2025, I went to the CMS in Majjat to pay the meter addition fee and was surprised by the procrastination of the CMS official in Majjat (Adam).
