Riding camels through the golden dunes at sunset, sleeping under the stars in a beautiful desert camp, and waking up to a peaceful sunrise over the sand felt absolutely magical. We did a 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes through the Atlas Mountains, Dades Gorges, and the Sahara. An unforgettable experience. Our driver, Rachid, made the trip truly authentic: being a local, he shared so much insight and took us beyond the tourist spots. We rented a car with driver Ibrahim for two weeks, from February 17th to March 2nd, 2026. Our itinerary, which we had planned ourselves, was Agadir/Taroudant, Tafraout, Amtoudi, Tighmert, Sidi Ifni, Tiznit, and back to Agadir. The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport was perfect for two people and in excellent condition. Ibrahim was an excellent driver, skilled on the off-road roads, professional, always smiling, engaging in pleasant and enriching conversations, and bringing to the trip the warm hospitality that Moroccans are known for. In short, a success in every way.
