My experience at the Inwi agency in Mediouna was very disappointing. The service is poor, and the employees don't care about customers at all. Unfortunately, my experience at the Inwi agency was extremely bad. The level of professionalism is almost nonexistent, and the employees show no interest in customers' needs, as if they are simply performing their duties without any quality or respect. The disorganization, slow service, and indifferent attitude make it very difficult to trust the agency's services. A completely unsatisfactory experience that does not reflect the level of a large institution like Inwi.
The service from Makinish was poor; I regretted going there.
