It's not my habit to comment on Google. But I feel compelled to share my bad experience with Gochaise to warn you. I ordered a medium chrome fabric chair for 950 dirhams. I received a poor-quality chair. It has nothing to do with the photos published on their website. I am truly disappointed with Gochaise. I admit my mistake; I didn't pay attention to the comments published on Google Maps before deciding to order.

Unfortunately, we can't give a 0 rating, the service is 0. There's only a WhatsApp number and we're really lucky if we get a response. I placed an order more than 15 days ago and we haven't received anything. It's completely unprofessional, and it's a good thing we haven't received anything, otherwise I can only imagine what the after-sales service is like!

I ordered two chairs, one for 1000 dirhams and the other for just over 1000. In less than two months, the seat deflated and the wheels broke. Very poor quality. I do not recommend them. I hope the owners will make more of an effort to improve the quality of their products instead of engaging in false advertising.
