Disappointing and Unresponsive I purchased a dishwasher from this store less than a month ago, and it has already broken down. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response. Their after-sales service is nonexistent, which is unacceptable for a product still under warranty. As a consumer, I have rights, and I expected at least some level of professionalism and responsiveness. If you’re looking for a reliable store, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

There's a problem at BIM with some of the employees; they treat customers as if they own the place, and the customer is just barging into their home. There needs to be monitoring and follow-up.
