We rented a car a month in advance, paid a deposit, and upon arrival, the car was rented to someone else because they offered a more profitable rate, and they didn't offer us any alternative. In the end, it suited them better to return our deposit because it was no longer profitable to rent the car to us at the price agreed upon in the contract. This company should be avoided at all costs. They have absolutely no respect for either the contract or the customer.
