If I could, I'd give zero stars. The manager is dishonest. They rent you a supposedly new, fully equipped car with air conditioning (essential in a hot country like Morocco), but you get the complete opposite. The prices are inflated for no reason. They're lax about vehicle inspections and maintenance, and they might ask you to come to the agency during your stay, only to find no solution in the end. They take your money, your energy, and your time. They have absolutely no customer service skills and are disrespectful, from the agency secretary to the owner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
