Views are good in this place and food is not bad either - but service sometimes ok, sometimes bad . Let me explain : very often service is slow - they never have enough waiters, and last time we were 2 people wanted good table with a better views, yet only tables left were for 4 people , we were ready to eat fast and leave maximum in one hour and if waiter made a deal with us " like if group of 4 people will come we will have to move you to smaller place " we would agree to such deal - but they didnt care to even try to give us some solution.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of proper management I experienced. As we were leaving the restaurant, the staff members sitting at the exit did not greet us and instead laughed loudly in a rude and unprofessional manner. Such behavior creates a negative atmosphere and makes customers feel disrespected and unwelcome. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure staff are properly trained in basic courtesy and professionalism.

We had a very nice afternoon here when we were looking for a nice place by the beach on a hot day. The pool here is beautiful although I was disappointed that they charge you to swim in it, even if you purchase food and drinks (which, in my opinyshojld wave that charge). However, it was worth it, and very clean. It does feel more set up like a restaurant than a pool though, there are no lounge chairs or places to lay out by the pool, but there are some located down on the beach not far away. We enjoyed the afternoon and came back later for dinner too. They had live music with a wonderful singer! And the vibe sitting by the pool at night was beautiful. The food was pretty good and the service was great - all very nice people who took good care of us. Then, after the restaurant closes, there is a club room upstairs with a great DJ and they even had live drumming which was awesome! Definitely a highlight of the night. Overall, this place really offers everything you could need from an afternoon swim, to evening dinner, and late night dancing! Definitely worth a visit

Unfortunately poor service. We sat down for at least 10 min, just get a menu. We only got the menu AFTER I stood up and walked into ask the menu. it wasn’t even busy, and not even short staffed. only 6-7 tables. I ordered a steak and I asked Numerous time to make it medium rare. Just take a look at the pic above… it was harder than rubber. the waiters, not friendly and welcoming or welcoming at all, they’re CLEARLY undertrained and don’t know how to welcome and treat a customer properly. THE CONDITIONS OF THE TOILETS… AWFUL

Terrible experience. The staff are extremely rude especially the manager and the barman. The barman refused to serve me for no reason and clearly had no idea how to make a basic cocktail, which is the bare minimum in a beach club. When I tried to explain, he got offended and refused service. The manager was even worse… shouting with no reason, completely disrespectful. No professionalism, no business acumen. Avoid this place. I don’t recommend it at all.
