This agency is extremely incompetent. We repeatedly requested the necessary documents for importing computer equipment. After three confirmations by email and phone that everything was okay, including the pro forma invoice, they told us there was no problem. We sent everything, and then, well, the authorization from the telecommunications agency was missing because the PC could connect to the internet, which requires authorization. But they refuse to look for this authorization; they just pass the file from one colleague to another, like a bunch of notoriously incompetent, useless people. In short, after 15 days of being stuck, we're going to have to handle the process ourselves or return the merchandise.
