Small and very convenient. The airport staff is nice and friendly despite the language barriers. The toilet is clean. There is a small cafe, run by lovely girls. Prices are much better than other airports.

Small airport, but very slow and chaotic. You can’t use the mobile boarding pass, but instead you need to go to the check-in counters, and the Swissport staff is very unfriendly. The Duty Manager is specially rude. I finished my trip to Morocco with a bad taste.

The worst airport I’ve ever been to. The staff are incredibly petty. My priority bag fit perfectly into the sizer, but the employee started nitpicking, claiming that one of the wheels stuck out by a couple of centimeters and that it wouldn’t fit. They warned me that if I didn’t comply, there would be trouble. My friend’s bag was also within the allowed dimensions, but then they argued that it wasn’t his bag but our third friend’s, who didn’t have priority boarding, and we’d need to pay an extra €40. On the bright side, the passport control and security staff were really nice. But overall, I’d advise everyone to avoid this airport if possible. Total disappointment—they’re just trying to squeeze extra money out of people.

It's a small airport with a handful of flights daily, generally ok but seems quite unnecessary to check my passport 3 times, it really delays the entry process. Departing is slightly better, nice views to Atlas Mountains. There is no cashpoint so arrive with local currency if you want to take a taxi. It's 50dh flat rate into town.

Small airport that makes things unnecessarily complicated by having four passport and boarding pass checks Digital boarding passes not only have to be printed but also need to be checked by the main desk, which requires you to queue with passengers with check-in luggage, even if you only have carry-on bags Passport checks appear to be also manual and fingerprint scanning was not in use when we went through After security and passport control there is yet another security check, which is entirely manual and does not use a scanner There was one open shop at the departure gate which is not cheap, but is also not as expensive as Dalaman in Turkey The rental car desks were not open at the advertised time when we arrived, so we had to drop our key off The security guards in the main entrance are very helpful

I'll rate with one star because I couldn't rate with 0 the reason...the treatment given us by a receptionist guy from Ryanair was shameful. He broke our tickets in front of us because his computer couldn't have done the transaction what I did for stuff's problems and in time to help he ignored us pointing the queue back and excused himself telling that was company's business...incredible I never received a trate like this in any other airport which I flied.
