If you want to see for yourself, try it. The agency needs more staff to manage the overcrowding on Mondays and Thursdays.

.Today to my surprise the delivery man Amana called me about an order and started yelling at me telling me that I was late some time ago knowing that it is the first time he has delivered to my home. I tried to explain to him that he got the wrong person but he refused to listen calling me an "individual" the delivery man did not inform me of the time of delivery saying I will call you. This same delivery man always suggested that I go and pick up the package myself.
