My experience with Aramex has been extremely negative. A large percentage of my shipments nearly 60% have arrived damaged or completely broken. For a shipping company, this level of mishandling is unacceptable. I take great care in packaging my products, especially fragile items, yet they still reach customers in poor condition. This has resulted in financial losses, unhappy clients, and unnecessary stress for my business. I cannot recommend Aramex to anyone sending fragile or valuable goods. Based on my repeated experience, I strongly suggest choosing a more reliable courier service. Very disappointing overall.
