Very disappointing experience. My package could not be delivered simply because the wrong phone number was printed, and instead of contacting Temu to update the information or giving me a way to fix it, the logistics company immediately decided to return the order. I tried to reach them directly but there was no solution or real customer support. This shows a lack of flexibility and professionalism. Customers should not have to wait weeks and reorder everything just because of such a simple issue.

The worst shipping carrier you can work with. A package from china to Morocco takes 10 days and with med africa from cuty to city in morocco you can wait 15 days or more.
