I made the mistake of buying an apartment in the Cité des Jardins development, right next to their headquarters. It was a hasty purchase following a so-called promotion, which we now regret. The viewing was rushed, and the apartments were practically abandoned. Of course, there was no inventory check upon delivery, and we were essentially forced to take the property as is. We thought we'd do some renovations, but what a surprise... The apartment was advertised as mid-range, but nothing lived up to that standard. The finish was nonexistent: crooked tiles, uneven walls, poorly installed blinds, and windows barely sealed. The result was a lot of noise, not to mention the agencies downstairs, which acted like a train station. We renovated the kitchen and found a mess under the slab: they had filled broken tiles with paint and a roll of blinds (photos included). In the downstairs bathrooms, water stagnates everywhere, and the taps were installed haphazardly. The noise coming from the other apartments also demonstrates a... Poor insulation, shocking and unpleasant surprises. I hope others don't get ripped off like us, because the level of service is absolutely zero.

We learned about a project at the Paris trade fair and wanted to see the progress of the construction before committing. Upon arriving at the agency, the sales representatives were not very cooperative and didn't provide any useful information about the project: progress, delivery date, examples of finishes. They said they knew nothing, and no one else did either. We were fortunate enough to meet a site manager from a subcontractor who gave us excellent advice and information (even though it wasn't his job, and I thank him for that). We decided to go ahead and went to collect the preliminary sales agreement to be legalized. The sales representative (a dark-haired man) who was supposed to provide us with the documents made a mistake with our address. We asked him to correct it before legalizing it and explained that the preliminary sales agreement clauses state that it is important for the address provided to be up-to-date (for future correspondence). He refused to change it and told us it wasn't important and that he himself had never read the agreement in detail. His statement that he "doesn't care about what's indicated" shocked us, and we understood the source of his lack of information (no curiosity to learn in order to provide information). We insisted, explaining that it's important for everything to be in accordance with the law. He told me that in Morocco, "there are no laws and you shouldn't compare Morocco and France." We refused to sign the preliminary sales agreement, and he took the papers, saying, "From the beginning, I can see that your case is complicated." I find the level of service, the communication, the information provided, the reception, and the professionalism unworthy of such a well-known group. Very disappointed, I am abandoning the purchase of this property following this incident. There was no cooperation whatsoever. (I wanted to file a complaint with a manager or their superiors, but unfortunately, the receptionist told us they didn't know; they just wanted to avoid problems.) However, a letter will be sent to headquarters in the coming days. And I remain Available if a quality service representative would like more information about what happened to us. Frankly, I do not recommend this agency, and therefore this group.
