On Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 2:16 p.m., I went to the Outat Elhaj branch to exchange currency, and I was told the gentleman had gone to eat... It's strange that 2:16 p.m. is lunchtime. Anyway, I left. Plus, there were people waiting, so the service resumption time is random. I don't recommend this Wafaattijari branch, and I don't know if management is aware of this messy service. It's a shame they didn't get a zero rating on Google, otherwise I would have given it a zero rating.
