Worst bakery and worst service. I’ve been a few times and each experience was disappointing. The pastries are overly sweet and overpriced. During a brunch visit, the eggs tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil and left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day. Today was the final straw. I ordered a galette des rois after a friend recommended it, and they sent me the wrong order. When I called, instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistake, the receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional, simply saying: “Mistakes happen, it’s normal.” No solution, no accountability. The wrong order I received was also unpleasant. Overall, poor quality, and unacceptable customer service.

The service is terrible. I’ve been waiting about a 1/2 hour to be served meanwhile customers that arrived after me have their order on the table. I’m almost incline to walk out with major disappointment. I’m extremely disappointed. I wish I read some of the reviews before sitting here. Everything is overpriced as well. It’s the first place in Morocco (sides Dunkin and Starbucks) that doesn’t serve water with their hot chocolate.
