If I could give this car rental company 10 stars I would. Best people you could ever deal with. Especially Elyas and Hisham. Words cannot express how helpful they were, they went beyond their duties and responsibilities to help us and stayed up till 1 am to assist us when we were in the middle of nowhere. I cannot recommend this company enough. You can rent cars from any company, but would you get this level of hospitality and guidance? I don’t think so!

Paid through Expedia in advance, upon arrival they attempted to ask for the security deposit and an additional charge (2 times the original price). I walked away and got a cheaper rental from the other companies inside.

Service is super slow and they are not honouring the reservations correctly. They gave me a manual car instead of the reserved automatic car which was also significantly more expensive and without offering any partial refund. When I insisted on getting the automatic car I reserved, they only could deliver it to me after an hour which meant either waiting another hour in the airport or going to my hotel and waiting there. I chose to go to the hotel. When I started moving I realised they hand you the car with an empty fuel tank which I have never experienced before in any respectful rental agency. This meant I had to purchase some fuel to get to the hotel. The replacement automatic car arrived also with an empty fuel tank, meaning I have handed them free fuel in the first car, again no compensation. When I wanted to change my drop off time by a few hours without exceeding the total rental days I have paid for, they showed zero flexibility and threatened to charge me an extra day if I don’t drop off the car on my original requested time. Stay away and pick some professional service instead
