A very long busdrive from Essaouri to Casablanca of 6 hours with a few stops in between. A guy came on in Safi, he bought a ticket with a seat number but his place was taken by someone else and that guy did not want to move to another seat. The company did nothing to help the guy who bought his seat with number, he had to go sit somewhere else. I wonder why they sell tickets with seat number if you cannot claim your place. Shame on you CTM.

The worst experience ever, very hot bus with AC flowing hot air, the unprofessional driver played loud music early morning on our way to Casablanca from Essaouira, no respect at all, what a disastrous company

I wanna get on that bus one time and no one is accupiying my seat. Those seat numbers are useless on CTM.
