My experience with this company: I contacted this company to deliver an item to a customer, but unfortunately, the experience was not up to par. I noticed a lack of clarity in the information, delays in responding to inquiries, and an unpromising communication style, which led me to withdraw from dealing with them so as not to harm the customer. I hope they improve their communication and clarify their procedures in the future to ensure a better customer experience.

A terrible experience with the delivery guy who sold me prescription glasses. When I arrived to pick up my order, he told me to turn my face so he could put the glasses on. I told him I should have done it later, not in front of him. He responded in a completely unprofessional manner.
