I usually don’t write reviews, but after the nightmare I had with this company, I felt it was necessary to warn others. They aren't being honest about the services offered and just want to take advantage (money). The shipment took longer than they said and when I called the customer service number to ask for an update, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes without a response for multiple times. When I finally got through, the agent was rude and dismissive, offering no solutions or apologies. To make matters worse, the shipment didn't arrive at the right location ( a completely different city). I called customer service again, and the same unhelpful agent told me there was nothing they could do, and I’d just have to deal with it. Absolutely no effort to make things right. I will NEVER use them again and would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. There are far better options out there that actually care about their customers. ZERO stars if I could give them that. A complete waste of time and money.
Bad customer service
Excellent
Avoid this company at all costs! They're incompetent. We received half our packages from Safi to Marseille, and while they take your money, they never answer when you contact them. Avoid them at all costs; this is the last time we'll work with them. I used to ship with another carrier from Casablanca. I'm originally from Safi, and I wanted to try the Safi branch, but I regret it. Bad experience. Stop doing shipping.
Bad experience, incompetent customer service, even belittling the customer, truly unprofessional. They throw packages into the truck after picking them up in Casablanca. My package was damaged on March 14, 2022. I showed it to the woman in charge at the El Jadida branch, and she told me it just happened. I called Casablanca and Paris, who confirmed it wasn't damaged. I asked for an explanation, but she ignored me and even claimed I had damaged it. They're quick to take our money, but when it's their fault, they're nowhere to be found. To this day, no refund. A disgrace. *I am responding here to your reply, which demonstrates your poor customer service and incompetence. If you read carefully, I contacted Casablanca and Paris, who confirmed the package was in good condition before it left your branch.
These guys woke up from their slumber, wet from their own urine, and said, "Let's open the 'Transport Agency'!" (laughs) No responsibility, no word, no manners, they don't even know how to speak properly. Go send it from Casablanca or Marrakech, we in Safi are still lagging behind. If they had sent Koli to Australia, he would have arrived last week. They're all throwing everything at each other. Agense Asfi
