Honestly, the food inside this water park was very disappointing in terms of quality, taste, and cleanliness. I strongly recommend that all visitors either bring their own food and leave it in the car, or step outside the park when it’s time to eat and dine elsewhere. The park itself is nice and enjoyable, but the food experience was a major letdown.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Entry Fee We visited Alpamare Saïdia with a group of 7 people, mostly teenagers between 12 and 16 years old. While we paid full adult prices, the experience did not meet expectations at all. The lazy river was completely turned off, with no explanation. One of the main slides (the white one) was filled with dirty, stagnant water, and it looked like a sewer was clogged nearby. Many of the slides are outdated and below international safety or quality standards. The biggest frustration was that kids were not allowed into the adult pool, even though they paid the same adult rate. This is unacceptable and feels like dishonest business practice. We came expecting a fun and relaxing day, but we left very disappointed. For the price paid, the condition of the park and the treatment of guests is simply not acceptable. This felt more like taking advantage of tourists than offering a proper family experience. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves the facilities and policies — otherwise, this park is not worth a visit.

The waterpark has a variety of slides, food options, different kinds of pools and provides fun for all age groups. I was especially surprised by the food quality as well as the prices. I like how you have to recharge your wristband instead of carrying money with you everywhere. The staff was very nice and attentive.

The pool is good but needs some cleaning, especially the stairs near the tubes, where there is a lot of algae, making them very slippery. The staff is super nice. However, the food is not good, it lacks taste. The Margherita pizza is terrible. Also, the indoor food area is full of flies around the food. Something should be done to keep the flies away from people’s food.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! deserves less than a 1 Star. 1- Parking spot with a fee. 2- no food or drinks allowed + the security agent searches your bag at the entrance like prisoners. 3- locker rooms with a fee. 4- waves pool with no waves 5- food of low quality. 6- Hygiene and cleaniness is very poor. If no changes are made Will honestly not recommend.

Last Sunday, we visited ALPAMARE SAIDIA, and our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service at the reception was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They searched all our personal belongings, which felt invasive and unnecessary. We had purchased our tickets online and thoroughly read their terms and conditions beforehand. Nowhere did it state that we would not be allowed to leave the pool area and return to our cars. This restriction was only communicated to us upon check-in, which was a major inconvenience, especially since we were with our kids. Our children follow a specific diet and could not eat the fast food offered at the pool restaurant. We requested permission for them to leave the pool area to eat their own lunch, but this request was denied. We were left waiting at the reception for a long time, treated with no respect or consideration. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were rudely told that if we didn’t like the rules, we could leave and get a refund. This whole ordeal took more than an hour, after we had already traveled a significant distance to get there. The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and disrespectful treatment of customers are unacceptable. We were very disappointed with our visit and will not be returning.
