This inwi store offers disastrous and disrespectful service. The advisor who works there has absolutely no idea how to treat customers. He speaks rudely, arrogantly, and disrespectfully. He doesn't answer questions properly, he belittles customers, and acts as if they don't exist (my personal experience). Instead of giving me the offer I requested (50 DH of social media + a call), he imposed another offer that I didn't want. He forced me to pay before the offer was even activated and asked me to leave even though I hadn't received anything on my phone yet, just to get rid of me indirectly. I find this behavior unacceptable. It's a complete lack of professionalism. We pay for a service; we have the right to be respected and to receive what we ask for, not to be humiliated and mistreated. Frankly, I strongly advise against going to this center. It was a disgusting experience and I will not go back.

I visited your agency today morning to ask for a service. Unfortunately, I found no respect. The girl who was there is rude, poorly educated, disrespectful. The reception staff must have taste with visitors and customers. What I saw is truly shameful. This will be my last visit, sorry.
