I wish to report the poor quality of service. A water outage occurred without any communication or prior notice, causing significant inconvenience. It is unacceptable to leave users without information. Please take the necessary steps to improve communication and prevent this from happening again.
We have been experiencing a total water outage since 6:00 this morning. As I write this (7:35 PM), the water has still not been restored, and most importantly, we have received no information or indication of the cause of this outage or an estimated time for service to be restored.
