From the moment we arrived at Villa Sofia through AP Villas, we knew we were about to enjoy something very special. Our agent - AP Villas team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was seamless — and truly felt like arriving home rather than just checking into a rental. The villa itself is breathtaking: beautifully designed, immaculately presented, and set in a tranquil environment just a 20 min drive from Marrakech. But what really elevated the experience was the attention to detail and the thought that the AP Villas team (and the on-site staff at Villa Sofia) put into everything. Food and drink were handled with absolute care: from a welcome platter with Moroccan treats, to specially organised dinners under the stars in the garden, to wine and spirits sourced and stocked for our arrival — nothing was too much trouble. They anticipated our preferences (some vegetarian, some with a sweet tooth) and every meal felt both effortless and exceptional. Beyond that, we arranged for golf clubs to be delivered and stored for us so that we could enjoy a round at one of the nearby courses without hassle — again, the AP Villas team made it completely turnkey. Transfers, airport pick-ups, and local logistics were all handled with ease, freeing us to relax and focus on the joy of being together in such a stunning place. The in-house staff at Villa Sofia were simply outstanding — discreet, efficient, friendly, always on hand yet never intrusive. They greeted us each morning with a smile, kept the villa spotless, and made sure that every need (fresh towels, poolside drinks, special requests) was met quickly and happily. What impressed us most is that we never once felt like “guests” staying somewhere; rather we felt at home. From the cosy lounge spaces to the shaded terrace, to the lush outdoor areas perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, the villa provided a sense of ease and luxury in equal measure. In short: if you’re looking for a truly exceptional stay in Marrakech — one where luxury meets warmth, where no request is too small, and where you’re completely looked after from first enquiry to final farewell — Villa Sofia via AP Villas is absolutely the place.
