I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this branch, as I have noticed a clear weakness in the level of customer service. One employee lacks basic communication and customer service skills and appears to need specialized training in this area. Furthermore, contacting the branch is virtually impossible. Calls go unanswered even after numerous attempts (more than six). When an answer does occur, the employee refuses to transfer the call to the branch manager when requested to file a complaint. In addition, there is no direct way to contact the branch manager, such as email or any other official channel, making communication extremely difficult. The branch manager seems completely unresponsive and does not follow up on customer complaints or monitor service levels. Therefore, I do not recommend dealing with this branch, especially the Sidi Qasim branch, particularly for customers coming from distant areas. It is advisable to choose a branch that is closer and has a more professional approach to customer service.
