A very dynamic chamber of commerce. Its staff is professional. It regularly organizes high-quality events.
It's unbelievable that a city as big as Tangier doesn't have a consumer protection office where we can file complaints. From here, and I'll repeat this a dozen times, I want to denounce the Africa Morocco Link shipping company for their lack of responsibility and professionalism. I traveled with them on January 16th from Tangier to Algeciras on a ferry that was more than an hour late, which caused me a lot of problems with subsequent connections, and I've received nothing but vague and nonexistent responses. I'm only asking for what I'm entitled to: my refunds. This is certainly an unprofessional company; I will never travel with them again... and I recommend you do the same. I'm denouncing them through this platform. Thank you.
