We are sending you this complaint to request coordinated action and clear communication regarding the management of this problem, namely: - the lack of clear and fluid communication with the public about the situation and the management of the water cuts. - considering the ongoing and exceptional situation during the summer regarding water flow and the increase in users in this area, you continue to install new meters knowing that Radeec's resources to ensure adequate service are very limited. You must review your resource management policy in light of the new real estate projects in this seaside area of Sidi Rahal, the number of existing subscribers, and the influx of new customers.
