The service was extremely poor; the advisor Kaoutar's behavior was completely unprofessional! They made an EAD (Electronic Insurance Deal) offer to the driver of the car, not to me, the insured! It was impossible to proceed with the normal procedure because, according to them, I accepted the offer, which is untrue! I was never contacted by the agency or the company to make me an offer! Not only that, but I was told, "Anyone who comes with a crisis card, even if they're not the cardholder, can issue them an insurance contract without the cardholder being present or having a power of attorney; the crisis card is what matters!" That was a real shock! On top of all that, the Wafacash code was sent to a number that is neither mine nor the driver's! This offer is unacceptable!
