I went to the Amana branch today at 3:30 PM to carry out a transaction, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Security started yelling at me before closing time and wouldn't let me in easily, which put me in an embarrassing situation. Furthermore, the employee at window 2 didn't greet me respectfully or professionally. I would like to draw your attention to the security staff's behavior, which should be more courteous and professional towards customers. I hope that measures will be taken to improve the reception and behavior of the staff in the future.
He doesn't deserve this star; he doesn't respect the times posted on the board, and he doesn't treat customers well.
Consider replacing your security guard. This "know-it-all" guy thinks he's the branch manager... problem solved in under 10 minutes at the Haroura branch... and this incompetent guy is asking me to leave and come back next week... SHAMEFUL
