This is the worst company to deal with in Morocco, They took my money and have provided me with Windows that are all leaking water and I am having to replace them, they have had numerous attempts to try to fix over a 2 year period, they do not have the skills to fit windows and are refusing to refund my money or replace faulty windows. this has caused great distress to me and my family, being a foreigner who has moved to Morocco the company took advantage and made false promises, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS TO TRUST THEM!!

Takoum-Germany was absolutly outstanding with the service, installation, Quality of products and also pricing. We had several meetings on the project and I was treated like I am a VIP customer, all my questions and concerns were answered and considered. The installation of the PVC windows was done in a perfect way and all deadlines were respected as agreed. (Like they were Germans). If you are looking for high Quality PVC windows that can even withstands the clima in Marrakesh…Takoum Germany is the Company to talk to.

Beware, beware of this company, TAKOUM GEMANY, or rather ADAKOUM GERMANY, which is managed solely by people who have no sense of honor, commitment, or respect for the customer!!!!! We're selling you a quality German company that was highlighted by the Moroccan Ministry of Industry and Trade, which was given the title of German Ambassador. It's a Mirage, there's nothing German about it, except, of course, perhaps the merchandise, which is supposed to come from Germany, and its manufacturing process, which I haven't had the chance to see yet. Yet, it's been about two months now since TAKOUM GERMANY received a 50% deposit, i.e., 60,000 dirhams, for the 74mm double PVC joinery project via bank transfer. For several weeks now, I've been led up the garden path. I don't know where my delivery is. They tell me all sorts of nonsense, even accusing me of the manager not having enough empathy for the global crisis!!!! And I'm annoying him by asking for my rights! A commercial discount or simply a refund of the deposit I paid them!!! I'm dreaming!!! Everyone is passing the buck. The only one who is the most honest, unfortunately, is the sales representative who clearly told me that the goods were not available at all and that they had been lied to from the start about the manufacturing and delivery relay!!!!! I now find myself forced to file a complaint with the consumer rights department to assert my rights, but especially to get my deposit back. I find this scandalous for a company that is supposed to provide us with quality in every way, but especially in customer service!!!! Nothing like that, run away!!! Don't let this company fool you. I have all the audio recordings and messages that confirm what I'm saying!
