I DO NOT RECOMMEND ❗️ Disappointing experience due to a lack of communication and follow-up. The notary rarely responded, and when she did, it was simply a "yes," without any professionalism. A 10-day timeframe was promised for the property certificate, but it wasn't sent to me until more than two months later. Once the certificate was ready, I received no calls or confirmations to explain the procedure or arrange for its delivery. During a trip to Had Soualem, I was given the file and assured that the certificate would be sent within 48 hours, which was never honored, and more than two months have already passed. Before that, I was only sent a partial photo of the certificate taken with a phone screen, which is unacceptable. It was only after a phone complaint that the complete document was finally sent to me. Lack of seriousness and professionalism.
