The worst experience ever! One of my sisters works with him, and she thinks she's the optician! No manners, no respect, no conversation, like she's going to do your work for free. I don't recommend him; you'll just waste your money. Opticians here in Souk Larbaa are now available, and their service and manners are much better. Instead of apologizing for this terrible service we received, you come and say that you couldn't find my file. But it's obvious that you're still treating me the same way (we've been clients since 2021). You're all cut from the same cloth. Try to read a little about professionalism and how a person should treat their client. We keep going back, hoping things might have changed a little, and we don't want to tell you... We don't want to cut off people's livelihoods, but there is no power nor strength except with God. That's all I'll say. Our mistake was that we kept repeating it, but I promise you this is the last time. Continue with your behavior :)
